1. Agreement

By downloading or using Glowbeat (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private entertainment on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

3. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, tamper with scores or leaderboards, reverse engineer, disrupt our servers, or use the App for anything unlawful. We may remove leaderboard entries that look manipulated.

4. Ads

The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional.

5. Content and ownership

All game content, art, music and software belong to Klynovate or its licensors.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the App or change devices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klynovate is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
